MUTINY IN NAVY BRITISH OIL TANKER SEIZED. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. VANCOUVER, April 7. A message from Guayaquil states that Ecuador’s navy of two gunboats mutinied to-day to prevent the homecoming of General Leonidas Plaza Guiterrez, who was twice President and was exiled in 1925. At the same time a group of rebels seized Port Punta Piedran and the disturbance assumed an international complexion when a party of insurrectionists captured the oil tanker _ Buaro, which is the property of a British comAll the activities, however, failed to precent General Guiterrez |roui lauding.
