PLAYS WELL IN GOLF COMPETITION Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, April 7. (Received April 8, at 1.30 p.m.) Alter winning his first three matches, the Prince of Wales was defeated in the fourth round of the junior handicap knock-out competition at the annual meeting of the Royal Navy and Royal Marines Golfing Society at Sunningdale to-day. The Prince was eliminated after a great struggle with Sur-geon-commander Cameron, who won on the last green by one hole. The Prince, referring to the match, said: “ It was a wonderful game, the finest I ever had. Our host ball score must have been good. Wo had 4’s and s’s all the way.” Cameron turned 2 up and became dormy 3. The Prince won the sixteenth and seventeenth, the former with a long putt. He just lipped the hole at the last green to square the match. He drove well throughout, but. his approaches wore variable.
