MARRIAGE IN SPAIN
FIRST DIVORCE BILL APPROVED BY CHAMBER. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright MADRID, February 25. The Chamber has approved the first Divorce Bill Spain has ever had. It establishes the principle that marriage is based on equal rights, and affirms that it can bo dissolved by mutual consent or at tho request of cither party if just cause is shown. The fathers must maintain children born in or out of wedlock, there being no distinction between legitimate and illegitimate children.
