The Australian Press Association it informed that the Privy Council will hear tho New South Wales Upper House case on the first day of its sittings after tho Easter recess. Mr Willis has instructed the New South Wales legal advisers to oppose the Commonwealth’s application to intervene, which may be heard on February 29.
