LORD LANGFORD'S TROUBLES •; Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyrighlj LONDON, February 22. The Paris correspondent of the ‘ Daily Express ’- reports that Lord Langford, for whose arrest a warrant was issued in London last week of non-payment of ' arrears of maintenance to his wife, is * in Paris. Ho says he first read of the ■ warrant in the newspapers. Ho travelled next day via The Hague and lost the chance of a job at £7 a week, and is now penniless.
