HANDICAPS FOR SATURDAY The third iinniial harbour swim for the Fogg Cup will be staged by the Kiwi Amateur Swimming Club over a course of a little more than a mile on Saturday afternoon, the start from the Harbour Board punt being timed for 2 o’clock. ~ The following handicaps have been declared:—Reg.
