CANADA ARRANGING DATE Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. OTTAWA, January 26. (Received January 27, at 10.40 a.m.) The Canadian Government has communicated with the British Ministry and the other dominions suggesting a tentative date for the opening of the Imperial Conference. Until all the replies are in no definite date can be set. The third week in July is regarded as likely unless some part of the Empire finds it unsuitable
