THE NEW SHIRTS
Shirts for this season, at Home and abroad, are mainly of the coloured variety, principally in shades of blue and brown. The patterns on the whole are much quieter than those recently in vogue, many 1 ing checks made up of very fine lines. '' Soft collars seem to be falling put or favour, so stiff collavs are being supplied in materials to match the shirts.
