MEETINGS FOR CHRISTIANS

The foi-tysecoud annual meetings for Christians are being at the Town Hall at present. On this occasion about 500, a few less than at former times, are attending the meetings, which began yesterday morning. The greater number is local, but some are present from as far north as Auckland, and others from South Africa, India, and China are also in attendance. . . The time is being spent in Christian fellowship and in ministry of the word of God, bearing upon practical Christian experience and instruction. Many are taking part in this ministry. The final meeting will be held to-night.
