RUGBY, December 21. It is announced that Miss England 111., the racing motor boat which Lord Wakefield is having built with a view to an attack on the world’s water speed record, will bo constructed in tho Thames-side yards' of Thornycroft. Tho models for tho hull are under test.

Like Miss England 11,, the boat will be equipped with two of tho latest Rolls-Royce aero engines, and she is to be completed before the end of April. According to present plans, Kaye Don will take her to Lake Garda (Italy) for trials, which .may be followed by an attempt on tho record which he set up in Miss England IL
