NEW AMERICAN LINER Pres* Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. NEW YORK, December 21. A report from Newport Nows, Virginia, states that the United Mail Steamship Company’s new 3,525,000d0l liner Segovia, which was to have been launched on June 30, was destroyed at tho dock by fire.
