When a return to fortnightly accounts on the London Stock Exchange was recently announced it was decided riot to reinstate the facilities for carrying oyer or for entering into option bargains. A further stop lowards normal conditions was marked to-day, when the committee announced that option dealing would bo resumed pu Monday.
