Out of its 500,000,000d0l revolving fund tho following expenditures were made Tho board purchased 329,641,000 bushels of wheat for 270,204.OOOdol (189,656,000 bushels remained unsold on November 1); the board paid an average prico of 81.97 cents per bushel, as against the present cash price of approximately 55 cents; the board purchased 1,319,000 bales of cotton at a cost of 107,533,000d01, and still holds approximately tho entire ipmntity; the board paid an average price of 16.3 cents per pound, whereas - the present price is 6 cents; the board loaned out for wheat stabilisation 160,148,000d01, and for cotton stabilisation 74,953,000 dol. No estimates are given ns to the board’s probable total losses.
