CHARGE OF HIGH TREASON TWO GERMANS CONVICTED. Press Association —By Telegraph Copyright. * BERLIN, November 24. At a trial at Leipzig on a charge of his treason for betraying State secrets concerning the Lufthansa Airways, a great- State-subsidised concern, Baron Karl Von Osietsky and Herr Walter Kreisler were sentenced f to eighteen months' imprisonment. The terms of the judgment may not be published, as all present were sworn to secrecy. There is much speculation in connection with the Lufthansa secrets, since Germany is not permitted to possess naval or air forces.
