INCREASES BY FRANCE (British Official Wireless.) Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. RUGBY, November 23. Answering questions in the House of Commons, the Secretary of the Department of Overseas Trade (Major D. J. Colville) stated that representations wore being made by the British Government to the French Gpvernment in the matter of the recent discriminatory increases in French import duties.
