AMERICAN RAILWAYMEN
A TEH PER CENT, CUT Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. NEW YORK, November 23. Mr Daniel Willard, president of the Baltimore-Ohio Railway, announced that all the United States railways will act immediately to effect a 10 per cent, cut in all railway wages. Labour union leaders announced that they will oppose the move, which they term “ a dole for dividends.”
