ACTION AGAINST DIRECTOR Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. SYDNEY, November 4. Recently Mr Whiddon, director of State Lotteries, declined to to supply a bulk order for tickets, declaring that such a practice was undesirable. Today a writ was served on Mr Whiddon claiming £IO,OOO on behalf of Rufus T. Naylor. The grounds of the action are not stated.
