MELBOURNE, November 4. Pentiums has been scratched for all bis Flemington engagements. Pliar Lap, if he is all right, will start on Saturday in the Fisher Plate. A conference of leading racing clubs, hold in Melbourne to-day, decided not to register any horse unless it js branded.
White Nose is not starting again at the Flemington Meeting.
