REORGANISATION OF MINISTRY PREPARATIONS FOR REICHSTAG MEETING Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. BERLIN, October 6. According to tbo ‘ Berliner _ Tageblatt,’ the Chancellor (Dr Bruening) is strengthening the Cabinet preparations for facing a troublesome Reichstag on October 13. Tho paper predicts that Dr Curtins will resign to-morrow and that Dr Bruening will take over tho Ministry of Foreign Affairs. A new Ministry is being created to settle unemployed on the land as part of a plan for minimising hardships during the coming winter. DR CURTIUS RESIGNS. BERLIN, October 0. Dr Curtius has resigned. It is understood that this is part of Dr Bruening’s plan for Cabinet reconstruction, necessitated by the defection of a section of the Social Democrats. The Minister for the Interior (Dr Wirth) and three other Ministers aro also expected to bo dropped.
