ALLEY BEATS M'DOUGALL
[Per United Press Association.]
WELLINGTON, August 3. In a match full of good wrestling Tom Alley defeated Scotty M'Dougall, who was 51b heavier, by two falls to one. M'Dougall won the first fall in the third round with a crucifix, but Alley equalised in the next by concentrating on one of M'Dougall’s arms, which was bandaged, forcing, him to submit to an armloek. Alley won the fifth round by concentrating further on the same arm, making M'Dougall submit to a straight armbar between the thighs. Tho match drew an excellent house.
