CUSTOMS DEPARTMENT TAKING ACTION CANBERRA, July 23. The Minister of Customs (Mr IT. M. Fordo), replying to a question, said that the Customs Department had no knowledge of the present whereabouts of the imported Now Zealand racehorse Simba, which, when it arrived hero in May, was declared to bo worth £l5O, but was known to bo worth considerably more. The owner thus ecaped heavier primage duty, and action was now being taken to prosecute the importer.
