MEN TO RESUME CONDITIONALLY Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. MELBOURNE, May 4. The meat strike in Melbourne has been declared off and the slaughtermen have decided to resume on the condition that a conference takes place with the employers respecting the recent cut in wages. If negotiations fail the question of extending the strike will bo considered.
