-Blue mushrooms are the latest table delicacy to appear in the most exclusive restaurants of London. “ They are the discovery of a French horticulturist, but it is expected that they will be produced iu England shortly,” says au expert. These mushrooms cost about 9d each at present, but eventually it is hoped to soil them retail at bd or 9d a, pound.
