(Received May 4, at 10.30 a.m,) The ‘ Observer ’ says that 416,000 signatures, which it is hoped will grow to 1,000,000, including many celebri-’ ties, are already appended to an international declaration on world disarmament Which is being submitted to the conference at Geneva.
