Mr J. W. Raybould, an 84-yenr-old cyclist, of Leytonstone, England, was recently severely injured when his machine collided with a motor car. Mr Raybould claims to have travelled more than 71,000 miles on cycles; he has ridden since he rode his first “ bone shaker” in 1868. When aged 71 years he created a record by cycling 2044 miles in 24 hours.
