QUESTION OF COMPOSITION STATEMENT BY MR HENDERSON. (British Official Wireless.) Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. RUGBY, February 17. (Received February 18, at 11.30 a.m.) Questioned in the House of Commons on tho composition of the coming International Disarmament Conference, Mr Henderson said it was presumed that all members of the League of Nations would bo represented, and it was anticipated that the non-members who participated in the work of the Preparatory Commission would also attend. The Government hoped that all States desiring to take part would be invited.
