CARGILL'S CASTLE
Visitors to tho city and others are recommended to visit Cargill’s Castle during tho sunny days now prevailing. Built at enormous expense by one of Otago’s early pioneers, the castle stands as a monument to his early enterprise. Patrons aro allowed to inspect the wonderful view from tho tower, embracing Dunedin and surroundings, while on tho ocean side tho wide expanse of the Pacific is most enthralling. Morning and afternoon teas are catered for at a moderate charge. The St. Clair tram runs to tho bottom of the hill, and u good road to tho castle grounds is easily within the walking powers of all.
