DUSSELDORF MURDERS
ACCUSED'S MENTAL CONDITION INVESTIGATION BY DOCTORS. Preu Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. BERLIN, January 8. Doctors, after a prolonged investigation into the mental condition of Peter Kuerten. who is accused of tho Dusseldorf “Ripper” crimes, have decided that he is responsible for his actions, and the prosecution is preparing for the trial. Kuerten’s confessions, to which he returned after attempting to withdraw them, are regarded as making his conviction certain.
