FIRE AT LISMORE
BUILDINGS DESTROYED WATER SUPILY FAILS, Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright. SYDNEY, January 7. (Received January 7, at 10.4/5 a.m.) Damage estimated at 19,000 was caused by a fire at Lismorc, a twostoried wooden building and two shops being destroyed and other buildings damaged. When the brigade arrived the fire had a very slight hold, but the town water supply failed, aud water had to bo pumped from the river.
