PROFESSOR ALLEN TO TOUR OOWHIOH (Ter United Tress Association.J STRATFORD, December 10. Dr Doris Gordon, secretory of the Obstetrical Society, states that Prolessor Marshall Allen, professor of obstetrics at Melbourne University, and late director of maternal mortality research for Victoria, is coming to New Zealand ns the guest of the Obstetrical Society for six weeks. He will make nn extensive tour of tho dominion, and will be the guest of the Poverty Bay Division of the British Medical Association for its conference, which commences in February. Professor Allen recently returned from Europe and America, after studying obstetrics, in which science ho is one of tho most prominent men in the Sou them Hemisphere.
