(Received December 1, at 1 a.m.) Following a wireless message recalling him, Mr Montagu Norman (governor of tne Bank of England), who was travelling aboard the Bremen to New York, was transferred to the Majestic at Cherbourg, whence be returned to Southampton, and hastened to London. No explanation is given of the reason for Mr .Norman’s ,recall.
