The weather was fine and tho track in good order for the second day of the Feilding Club’s Meeting. All started. ~ _ Novice Stakes, 125sovs. 6f.~—1 Pewa (8.8) 1, 7 Hinewai 2, 11 Laconic 3. Won by two lengths. Time, Imin 17 2- Scratched: Scales. HEAVY-WEIGHT BOXING. THE CARNERA-PAUWNO CON- - TEST. BARCELONA, November 30. (Received December 1, at 1 p.m.) Camera weighed 2701 b, and Paulino 207. Those present represented 60 per cent, of Barcelona’s available population. Mounted guardsmen discouraged gate crashers, find armed footguards prevented a stampede when the crowd attempted to rush the ring after the verdict had been given for Camera. Portion of the barriers were broken down, and, tho guards had to wield drawn swords. SOCCER AT HOME. LONDON, November 30.
