OSCAR GARDEN
CIVIC RECEPTION IN DUNEDIN Mr Oscar Garden, the New Zealander who flew from England to Australia, will arrive in Dunedin by aeroplane from Oamaru about 6.30 on Tuesday evening, dud will leave tor the south by plane at 2.30 on Thursday. At noon on Wednesday a civic reception will be tendered to him in the Town Hall, the speakers being the Deputy-Mavor (Or. J. J. Clarky, Col. Oarrowclough, and Mr A. C. Cameron (president of the Chamber of Commerce). On Wednesday evening a social evening will take place at the 'lavoy, where Mr Garden will be the guest of the City Council and the Otago Aero Club.
