CORONATION CEREMONY

The coronation of Princess Iris (Bliss Florence Robinson) as' Queen of-the Oriental Pair will take place in the Coronation Hall, St. Kilda, on Thursday, October 30. The ceremony is under the direction of Miss Alma Pullar and Major Dampen, and no expense is being withheld to make the function an artistic success. The queen and tho princesses will be lavishly dressed, as also will be_ their attendants, and tho ceremony will occupy tho greater part of the evening. Several knighthoods will be conferred on those prominent in tho success of tho recent fair and the work of the St. Kilda Beach Improvement Society. Tho : musical portion of tho programme will bo supplied by the competition winners', and tho St. Kilda Baud.
