SAlLED.—October 10> , Port Brisbane, s.s. (3.50 p.m.), 3,315 tons, P. J. .Reynolds, for Bluff. Totara, s.s. (8.5 p.m.), 421 tons, Pearson,' for New Plymouth via ports. The Breeze, which arrived from the north last evening, is to sail to-night for Timaru, Lyttelton, Wellington, and Wanganui. ■ . The C. and D. steamer Port ..Brisbane left Port Chalmers yesterday afternoon to continue loading at Bluff. After loading for New Plymouth via ports, tho Totara sailed hence last night. The Kaimanawa was due at noon today from Westport via Bluff to unload coal and Toad cargo. She sails on Mondav ’ for Oamaru, Timaru, Lyttelton, and Westport. The Karepo is due here on Tuesday from Auckland via ports to unload cargo. She then loads for Nelson, New Plymouth, and Westport via ports. Advice has been received that the Japanese steamer Brisbane Maru left Moji, Japan, on October 1 for, Hongkong and Manila to complete loading for Australia and New Zealand. She is due at Wellington about November 1. The Narbada left Newcastle last Tuesday with coal for Singapore, where she is due on October 26. She will than proceed to Calcutta to take the November-December loading at_ Eastern ports for Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, Timaru, Dunedin, and Bluff. The Waimarino loads- at Auckland about Wednesday next for Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin, and Timaru. The Wainui is to load here on Monday and Tuesday for- Napier and Gisborne via ports.

THE FERRY SERVICE. The Wahine, from Wellington, arrived at Lyttelton at 6.45 this morning, and passengers and mails connected with the south express. MAHENO’S MOVEMENTS. The Union Company’s passenger steamer Maheno is due at Biuff on Monday from Melbourne to land passengers and unload cargo. She then comes to Dunedin the next day. and is to sail at 10 a.m. on Wednesday for Lyttelton, Wellington, Bluff, and Melbourne. RAN6ITANE LEAVES PANAMA. The New Zealand Shipping Company’s motor ship Rangitane left Panama on Thursday for Auckland. She is coming out from Southampton with passengers for New Zealand, and is due at Auckland on October 29. OTAKI REPORTS. The Federal Company has received a wireless message from the Otaki, en route from Liverpool, reporting tint she expects to reach Auckland on Monday morning. She later proceeds to Wellington, Lyttelton,' Dunedin, and Timaru to complete discharge. SHAW, SAVILL SAILINGS. The Shaw, Savill steamer Haranga is scheduled to clear Liverpool on October 25 for Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, and Dunedin. The Corinthic, from London, is to leave Southampton on November 7 for Wellington (passengers only), Lyttelton, Port Chalmers, and Bluff. The Taranaki is to leave London on November 26 for Suva, Port Chalmers, Lyttelton, and Timaru,

KAIMIRO AT HOBART. The Union Company has received cabled news that the Kaimiro arrived at Hobart on Wednesday morning from Grcymouth. She was to leave there agan yesterday for Melbourne, and Devonport to complete loading for Auckland, Lyttelton, Dunedin, and Bluff. CITY OF TOKIO COMING. The A. and A. Line has received cabled advice that its chartered steamer City of Tokio left New York on October 2 with cargo for discharge at Wellington, Lyttelton, and Dunedin. She is due at Auckland on November 6. CANADIAN CRUISER LEAVES PANAMA. Tfie Canadian Cruiser, which Mi Auckland on September 3 for New York, Boston, and Montreal, arrived at and sailed from Panama on September 30. TURAKINA TO LEAVE LIVEP.POOL. The Turakina was scheduled to leave Liverpool to-day with general cargo for discharge at Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin, and Oamaru. She is due at Auckland about November 10 REMUERA AT SOUTHAMPTON. Cable advice received by the New Zealand Shipping Company states that the Remuera arrived at Southampton on October 9 from Wellington via Panama.' The vessel left Wellington on September 3. TO LEAVE NEW YORE. The A. and, A. * Line’s chartered steamer Papanui is to sail from New. York on November 23 for Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, and Dunedin. She is due at Auckland on December 27. The C. and D. Lino’s steamer Port Hunter is to leave New York on October 30 for Auckland; Wellington, Lyttelton; and Dunedin. ' COMING BY THE TAINUI.
