GasKell, . from Liverpool via Panama and north New Zealand ports. King John, m.s. (2 p.m.), 5,228 tons, G. A. Porteous, from Nauru Islapd via_ Lyttelton. KING JOHN WITH PHOSPHATES. The King Line motor ship King John Which berthed at Port Chalmers this afternoon to unload Nauru Island phosphates, is a well appointed ship. She was built two and a-half years ago by Messrs Harland and Wolfl, Belfast. On the trip to Lyttelton from Namu rough weather was experienced, and the vessel’s top speed was only B.G knots. She has, however, accomplished 11.24 knots. TELEGRAMS. AUCKLAND, September 19. Sailed Ulimaroa (11.20 u.m.), for Sydney. WELLINGTON, September 19.
