MINIATURE RIFLE SHOOTING
The Returned Soldiers’ Miniature Rifle Club fired the sixth series of its club championship on Monday last. Tho attendance of members on the range was good, and indicatcd_ that great interest vvas being taken in the shoots. T" addition to the championship shoot, members also fired a handicap match for trophies given by Mr D. Marr. Unfortirr tely, owing to circumstances over which the club had no control, tho handicap match could not be completed. The following are the best scores registered for tho championship shoot:—-J Judson 40, D. Marr 39, W. Moiklo 38. H. A. Edmonds 38, J. M‘Kee 33, D. M‘Kay 33, O. Holden 3G, S. Ewens 35, G. 11. Ferens 33, M. Harvey 32. R Bowie 31. The following have qualified for the semi-final in the Marr Handicap;—S. Ewens, J. Judson, I). M‘Kay, M. Harvey, O. Holden, D. Mvr. W. Mcikle, J. M‘Kee, H. A.
