ELECTIONS JN GERMANY BRAWLING AND BLOODSHED. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. BERLIN, September 10. The General Election campaign has been concluded and the, polling will be held on Sunday. The campaign was characterised by . brawling, bloodshed, and repeated conflicts between Fascists and Gommuriists and at least fifteen persons were killed and 230 were wounded during recent weeks. .Dr Bruening (the Chancellor), in one of his final'speeches, denied that her and the Cabinet were preparing for a dictatorship, but the Government Voud.’'stand no nonsense from the Opposition. He - said : “We will open our arras to all who are 1 willing to share thb responsibililty.” He added that would be glad to re-establish lithe' Coalition with the Socialists, provided the latter would accept the Budget decrees. It is considered doubtful whether the Socialists will co-operate on the Chancellor’s ternis.
