Jobson presented himself at the church with his infant son for the christening. “ What name do you give this child?” asked the minister. “ Peter Ananias Jobson,” was the reply. “ Ananias? I refuse to christen the child in that name. Do yon know who Ananias was? He was the greatest liar in history.” “ Well, that’s nothing to mo. My baby’s no liar, so what’s the difference? I want him christened Ananias because 1 like the sound of it.” “ I won’t do it. I’ll christen the child Peter Jeremiah Jobson.” The minister was as good as his word, and as he repeated each name ho sprinkled a little water on the infant’s face. “ And I rub out that middle splash,” said tho father heatedly. Ho rubbed his sleeve across the child’s wet face and sprinkled a little more water over it. “ I nib out that middle splash and christen him Peter Ananias Jobson And that settles it.” 11 A dose a day keeps colds away.” Inhale ” NAZOL ” daily as a preventive against coughs, colds, sore throats, and influenza.
