(Received September 10, at 1.30 p.m.) George /Clifford Wray was found guilty of the wilful murder of Charles Patterson, and was sentenced to death. The death recommended Wray to mercy on account of his youth and weak mind. [Charles Patterson, aged twentyseven, a taxi driver, -was found shot dead nine miles from Perth. His body was in a sitting position at tho wheel. Clifford Wray, aggd nineteen, who engaged Patterson’s car, was arrested on a charge of murder.]
