TINTED TEETH
WHITE AS PEARLS “As white as pearls” may soon be a reproach when applied to a woman's teeth. It will indicate that the owner of the teeth is not in the fashion. For it has been suggested that women may start tinting their teeth, as they now tint their finger-nails, and thus introduce a new _ complication into the business of making up. Teeth, of course, are rather delicate things to tamper with, as most of us know to our cost. They are liable to become rather a nuisance if we don’t treat them the right way. and it may be that the dentists may have something to say if the tooth-tinting habit really comes in. But they will be partly to hlamo. It was recently revealed that there wee twenty-five shades of artificial tec Ji, and that seems rather a lot to be simply different varieties of white. Ana, if experiments in colour are made in the case of artificial teeth, why not —it may be asked—with real ones?
