A farmer had tho misfortune to have his barn destroyed by fire. He was well insured, and went to an Aberdeen insurance office to collect the bawbees. The official informed him that they intended to replace the barn, and tho farmer immediately cancelled his wife’s policy. “ W onything comes ower Jean,” he explained, “ you’re not gaun ) to replace her.”
