Probate of the will lias been granted by the Supreme Court to bis sons, Sir Cvril and Mr Vincent Ward, and Mrs Wood, tho executors and trustees under the will. The will, dated August 30, 1928, directs bis burial at Bluff, tho disposal of bis correspondence (private, business or official), arid bequeaths tho caskets, certificates, grants of freedom of cities, diplomas, presentations, aud addresses to his children, as tho trustees think fit. Tim will gives £I,OOO to tho Homo of Compassion Board, Wellington, arid various sums to relatives. The residue of the estate is to bo divided among hi- 1 children, except that tho eldest son’s share is greater than the share of each other member of tho family.
