(Received August 9, at 1 a.m.) After the .Waikouaiti had sailed for Kew';.Zealand 'a stowaway was discovered'when the vessel was seven miles out jat sea. The ship returned and landed the man. On the arrival at Newcastle or the Kawatiri, from Wellington, live stowaways were handed over to the police. Each was fined £2, and ordered to pay £7 10$, the amount of the fare.
