COLUMBA COLLEGE

The students of the School of Sfusic, Columba College, will give their annual recital of music in Constance Hall, Highgate, on Monday evening, August 18. The programme will include piano, violin, and vocal solos and dneti by junior and senior students. Members of the college choir will also take part, and render unison and partsongs. Amongst these are included ‘ My Heart Ever Faithful,’ and songs from the ‘Peasant Cantata ’ t (Bach), Elizabethan songs and madrigals and part-songs by modern British composers (Stanford, Chas. Wood, Arthur Somervell, and Edgar Bainton). The proceeds go to the music equipment fund for the college.
