The Waimarino, which arrived terday afternoon from Auckland via ports, was unloading and loading cargo to-day. She is timed to sail at o o’clock to-night for Timaru, Lyttelton, Wellington, and Auckland. The coastal tanker Paua arrived this morning from Wellington with bulk motor spirit, and berthed.at the Victoria wharf to pump out the cargo. Duo to-morrow from Lyttelton, the Calm is to load here on Monday for Timaru, Lyttelton, Wellington, and Wanganui. The Gale is due on Wednesday from Wellington direct to load a cargo tor Timaru, Lyttelton, Wellington, I icton, and Wanganui. An arrival at Auckland yesterday was the Liverpool motor tanker Benedick from Singapore. The vessel is under charter to the Shell Company, and brought bulk oil for discharge at Auckland and Wellington. _ The Wingatui is due here on Thursday next to load for Timaru, Lyttelton. Wellington, and Auckland. The Opihi is to load at Dunedin on Wednesday for Nelson and New Ilymouth via. porta. , . . „ , With a cargo of coal from Westport, the Kaimiro is due on Wednesday from Bluff. ' THE FERRY SERVICE, The Wahine, from ' Wellington, reached Lyttelton this morning at ten minutes to 7, and passengers and mails for the south connected with ■ the express. , MAH ANA AT LONDON, Cabled news has been received that the Shaw, Savill steamer Mahana arrived at London on Tuesday. She cleared Auckland on Juno for Halifax and London via the Panama Canal. The vessel is to leave Liverpool on September 13 with cargo for discharge at Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, and Port Chalmers.

TAINUI AT SOUTHAMPTON. Cabled advice-has been received that the Shaw, Savill liner Tamm arrived at Southampton on Monday. She lelc •Auckland on June 28 for Southampton and London via the Panama Canal. NARBADA LEAVES CALCUTTA. Cabled advice has been received that the Union Company’s Narbada left Calcutta on Saturday for Penang, Singapore, and Samarang to complete loading for Auckland, Wellington Lyttelton, Timaru, Dunedin, and dilutt. She is due at Auckland about September 3. __ RANGITIKI DUE FRIDAY. The New Zealand Shipping Company reports that the motor liner Eangitiki cannot leave Lyttelton before Thursday next for Port Chalmers. She is now due here on Friday to unload portion of her Home cargo, the rest of which is for Bluff. SOMERSET LEAVES CARACAS BAY. Cabled news has been received by the Federal-Company that the Somerset en route from Liverpool, left Caracas Bay on August 2 for Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin, and Bluff. She is duo at Auckland on August 26.

SULPHUR FROM GALVESTON. The Norwegian motor ship Soloy, 4.402 tons, has been fixed to load sulphur at Galveston for Australian and New Zealand ports. RAISDALE FROM BUNBURY. Advice has. been received that tho steamer Raisdale was despatched from Bunbury on August 1 with a full cargo of jarrah for discharge at Auckland, - Wellington, Lyttelton, and Dunedin. She is due at Auckland about August 15, THE lONIC. The Shaw, Savill, and Albion liner _ lonic, en route from London and. Southampton, cleared Balboa last Saturday afternoon and is due at Auckland on August 25.
