CHARGES OF MALADMINISTRATION NOT SUBSTANTIATED. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. ■ DELHI, August 5. (Received August 6, at 10 a.m.) Tho committee appointed by the Government of India to inquire into charges of maladministration against tho Maharaja of Patiala, tho leader of the Sikhi Party, and one of the richest Indian prices, reported that the evidence failed to substantiate tho charges, which were shown to be the outcome of a conspiracy between certain individuals and public bodies with the object of villifying the Maharaja and disgracing-him in tho eyes of his subjects and of tho Government.
