UNEMPLOYMENT RELIEF CONCERT

'The Mayor (Mr B. S. Black) asks citizens to support the concert to be held in the Empire Theatre next Sunday night in aid of the unemployment fund, towards which tho whole of the proceeds will be devoted. Besides supporting a worthy cause, those who attend will bo treated to a first-class musical programme. M. do Rose will conduct an orchestra largely augmented for the occasion, and Mr Joseph Wayne will contribute items on the organ. Other artists who are assisting are Miss Anita Winkcl, Miss Freda Elmes, and Mr A. Regan.
