Owing to the number of teams entered for the schools’ Association football, the head master was empowered to purchase twenty jerseys and suffi- , cient sashes to equip-the remaining live I teams, the jerseys to become the pro- | perty of the school. The head master’s I report shows the present roll as 638, and the savings bank deposits to date £l6B. Mr F. L. Lawrence sent an assortment of rockery plants for the school garden. A sub-committee, consisting of Messrs Collie, Brown, and Lawrence, was appointed to draw up a j report re improvement to the gymnasium.
