SETTLEMENT REACHED

HAHENO SAILS THIS EVENING - A settlement having been readied in connection with the dispute arising out of the signing ,on a crew to take the Maheno from Port Chalmers to Melbourne, a full crew signed the articles yesterday afternoon and journeyed to Port Chalmers to board the’ vessel, which will now sail at tho_ advertised time this evening. Negotiations for righting the trouble were entered into yesterday between the Union Company and the Seamen’s Union, and after 3 o’clock it was announced that no further obstacles would be placed in the way of obtaining a crow.
